Document Description
The project is limited to the stabilization of the steep and eroding bank of the Truckee River with a series of small terraces comprised of logs and boulders and backfilled with native material generated from onsite. Each terrace will include between four to six 2-foot diameter (1/2-ton) boulders and the bottom step along the edge of water will having four 3-foot diameter (1-ton) boulders. The side slopes will be graded between 2:1 and 3:1. Side slopes will be revegetated with willow pole plantings and a native seed mix.
