SPR 22-35 involves the development of a two-story warehouse (3,168 sq ft per floor, 16 greenhouses on concrete foundation (2,015 sq ft each), a septic tank/system, drainage basin, 6 shipping containers, and the infrastructure to support them. Infrastructure would include but is not limited to; 32 parking spaces, utility and electrical improvements, concrete pavement and driveway along with pole mounted light fixtures through the project site.
