Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-35846-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code
to Peter Martin.The project is limited to five (5) encroachments. Encroachments 1-3 are for upgrades to existing stream crossings,
Encroachment 4 is for dam removal, and Encroachment 5 is a spillway remediation project. Work for the stream crossing upgrade encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, installation of new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to
minimize erosion. Work for the dam removal encroachment will include excavation, rock armoring the channel, and
streambank restoration. Work for the spillway remediation encroachment will include excavation, rock armoring the
channel, and streambank restoration.
