Document Description
The proposed project would involve the demolition of all existing buildings and site improvements and the construction of three new office / research and development (R&D) buildings totaling up to approximately 900,000 square feet, with maximum heights of approximately 195, 179 and 130 feet, above a four-level underground parking structure. The project would also include an event center, fitness center, and food/beverage uses. Project site improvements would also include a central plaza and courtyard, undergrounding electrical lines, upsizing an existing sewer main, and adjacent streetscape improvements. The applicant is targeting life science tenants. Project construction activities are anticipated to span approximately 4 years and would involve excavation to depths of about 50 feet below ground surface for subsurface parking.
