Document Description
The Pacific Flyway Subdivision Project (proposed project) would include subdivision of the project site into 70 lots and subsequent development of 69 affordable single-family residential units, as well as a stormwater detention basin. All on-site trees are anticipated to be removed. The proposed project would also include development of an internal roadway network. Primary site access would be provided by an extension of Jared Drive from the north, and the development of Laurel Street, which would bisect the site from east to west. The proposed project would require City approval of a Rezone from Residential Suburban (R-S) to Single-Family Residential (R-1) and to remove the Agricultural Overlay (A-O) zoning designation, as well as a Tentative Subdivision Map and Design Review.
