The Project includes replace an existing 18-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe culvert on SR 89 at PM 13.1. The culvert will be replaced with a 30-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe/Rubber Gasket Joint. Additionally, the existing concrete headwall at the inlet will be replaced. The Project is limited to vegetation cutting, excavation of the slope, placement of fill on the slope, and concrete pouring
