Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-TUO-39366-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Land & Structure. The project includes activities related to the installation of a new culvert pipe and outlet within the bank of Curtis Creek. Construction activities will include trench excavation, pipe bedding and placement, compacted backfill, and surface stabilization including rip rap slope protection. Project access and all stockpiling and staging will occur from Stricker Court. Project activities will occur during dry conditions without dewatering.
