Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-38733-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, DR Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc. The Project will consist of impacts to an unnamed ephemeral drainage, tributary to the San Jacinto River from the construction of 67 single-family residential units, including internal streets, water quality basins, infrastructure, and roadway improvements. The proposed development will direct flows from the onsite ephemeral drainage to a new storm drain that will flow southeast through the property.
The Project will permanently impact 0.346 acres of streambed, bank, and channel. To compensate for the permanent impacts of 0.346-acres of stream bed, bank, and channel, through the acquisition of no less than 0.692 acres of Re-establishment credits through Riverpark Mitigation Bank, or other CDFW- approved mitigation bank
within Western Riverside County.
