The RAW presents the response action objectives, evaluates alternatives and describes the proposed response action for the 1.5-acre area associated with the Blue Oak
Academy property located at 28050 Road 148, Visalia, California, 93292. The objective of the RAW is to address potential risk to human health and the environment by the excavation and offsite disposal of approximately 470 cubic yards of soil containing elevated concentrations of lead exceeding DTSC’s residential land use screening level.
