3H560 Yuba Pass Bridge Replacement Project IS/MND

Caltrans proposes to replace and widen the Yuba Pass Separation Overhead bridges along I-80 in Nevada and Placer County. The proposed project would improve freight efficiency along I-80 by increasing the load carrying capacity and address the structural deficiencies that necessitate the replacement of the structures, such as concrete cracking and spalling, high corrosive chloride content, superstructure repainting, work deck overlay, and bearing pad failure.
