The Groveland CSD (GCSD) owns and operates its wastewater treatment facility (WWTP) and sewer collection system. The GCSD WWTP headworks, irrigation pump station, sludge handling, influent pump station and sewer collection system lift station 2 are in need of rehabilitation.
