Document Description
DWR and Contractor will remove a Communications Microwave Reflector in compliance with termination of License Agreement NBA 0345. All improvements must be removed and land restored to as near original condition as possible. Precautions will be utilized to reduce the risk of fire, including use of water truck during demolition and vehicles equipped with spark arresters. Contractor will dispose of scrap metal and debris offsite. Any damage to access road or property caused during work will be repaired and final condition documented.
