Document Description
AT&T is proposing to construct/repair a damaged underground conduit on the West side of State Route 99 in Tehema County at Post Mile 21.623 to 21.734. The proposed work would construct a 4-inch conduit run which would be 46-inches deep, no greater than 24-inches wide and nearly 400-feet long. The work would bring service back to the customers in the vicinity. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
