Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0356-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Christine and Dennis Dill. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. Encroachment 1 is for stream bank stabilization and riparian habitat restoration using bioengineered revegetation techniques. Work will also include pulling back oversteepened banks as necessary, and installation of coir lifts and willow walls to reduce erosion. Work will include skimming of gravel and cobble located within the stream for use only at the project site. Work shall not be conducted when water is present except as described in the Agreement.

Reasons for Exemption
The project includes stream bank stabilization using riparian revegetation. Implemented as permitted, there would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no known hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
