The Project is categorically exempt under Class 2 Replacement or Reconstruction, having met the conditions set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15302(a). The Project will provide for renovated and new construction per the California Building Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 10), including seismic requirements, and will not increase capacity by more than 50 percent, as allowed under CEQA Guidelines Section 15302(a).
