The project consists of Board of Supervisors' approval of a purchase and sale agreement with Infinity Homes, Inc. ("Infinity") for the sale of two vacant, surplus Properties in the Sabre City neighborhood. Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54222.5, the Properties will be conveyed subject to a use deed restriction requiring that at least 25 percent of residential units developed on the properties be made available at affordable cost to lower income households.
