The proposed project involves the development of 80 single-family residential units and the annexation of the properties involved in the development. The proposed project would result in on-site infrastructure improvements, including new local residential streets, widening of Mooney Blvd., new and relocated utilities, and a temporary retention basin to treat storm water flows.
