Document Description
The project is limited to year-round direct diversion of surface water from Reading Creek for domestic purposes only. Water will be diverted via gravity feed through a one-inch PVC pipe to a 500-gallon hard plastic tank, which will pump water using a solar-pump on an as-needed basis to the residential area. The intake of the 1-inch pipe will be screened with material containing no openings larger than 3/32- inch in diameter. No surface water will be used for commercial cannabis irrigation.

There will be no significant adverse impacts on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15065.
