Document Description
The City of Beaumont is requiring a CUP to legally establish an existing outdoor Recreational Vehicle (RV) Storage facility. The facility offers year-round RV storage to members of the adjacent Cherry Valley Lakes Resort campground. The site is accessed via an existing 32' wide asphalt driveway entrance on Brookside and then an 18'-22' wide paved asphalt access drive to the RV storage area. The RV Storage facility is secured with a perimeter 6' high chain link fence and related gates and is surfaced with gravel materials. An existing 327 sf check-in station is located at the entrance and provides member check-in services to the campground from 8am to 4pm, seven days per week.
