Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-690-011-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-107) and currently holds an Adult-Use Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0002016; Expires on 2025-04-15). Cultivation activities include a 30’x40’ area and (75) 12’ circular garden beds for mature canopy, and a 30’x30’ area for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a 15’x25’ compost area for cannabis waste; a 12’x10’ for general storage; a 30’x48 shop for processing, harvest storage, immature plant area, and pesticide and agricultural chemical storage area; and a 2,600-gallon water storage tank for cultivation and domestic use. Proposed development activities include the installation of three (3) 2,600-gallon water storage tanks for cultivation use, and the transitioning the 30’x40’ existing mature canopy area to a permitted greenhouse. Water for the project is provided by a permitted groundwater well; a permitted septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs; the project is connected to an electrical grid provided by Trinity PUD with a backup generator.
