The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-17560-R1) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Dimitar Dimitrov. The project is limited to four Projects, 1) the removal of an existing seep well diversion on an intermittent stream, 2) use of an existing seep well diversion on an intermittent stream for fire suppression, 3) installation of an overflow spillway structure on an existing impoundment of an intermittent stream, and 4) the replacement of one existing culvert located on an ephemeral stream.
