Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. The project proposes limited grading and minimal new disturbance areas to be created. The site will utilize raised beds within temporary hoop houses; permanent greenhouses will be constructed during subsequent growing seasons within the same building footprint (three (3) greenhouses, 33x100 each for mature canopy and three (3) greenhouses, 30x100 each for immature canopy). Proposed Disturbed area currently amounts to approx. 24,650sf. Currently, there are three (3) hoophouses, 33x100 each for mature canopy and three (3) hoophouses, 30x100 each for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: a 25’x50’ Storage Shed for harvest storage, admin hold, chem & pest storage, 10’x10’ cannabis waste/compost area and one permitted groundwater well. Proposed support infrastructure includes the addition of four (4) 5,000gal water storage tanks. A more detailed project description can be found in the attached Appendix C Checklist.
