CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0297-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Colusa Indian Community Council.
The proposed project includes removal of an existing unscreened diversion platform, walkway, pumps, pipes,, and piles, and replacing them with upgraded facilities, including a self-cleaning, retractable fish screen and retrieval system.
