Document Description
The proposed action is the acquisition of approx. 13 acres of fee land in trust by the US upon which the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians would construct a gaming facility and ancillary development. The proposed project site is located within the City of Cathedral City, and bordered by East Palm Canyon Drive/Hwy 111 on the south, Date Palm Dr. on the east, Buddy Rogers Avenue on the north, and commercial and vacant parcels within the City to the west.
