Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0309-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Norther Recycling. The project is limited to Placement of a thirty-six (36) inch diameter culvert through County Road 94 and the bank of Smith Creek to allow storm water runoff from an interceptor drainage ditch along the western and northern sides of the facility to enter Smith Creek as required by an order from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.
