Document Description
A 135-room hotel will be developed on the site, consisting of three buildings: a hotel, a restaurant, a bar, and 128 space surface parking lot. The project consists of removing the existing surface parking lot, an office building (2119 North Main St), a single-fam dwelling (2058 N. Bush St) and three accessory structures. A two-story historical building (2115 North Main St) will remain in place for conversion to a restaurant, and a one-story historical building (2056 N. Bush St) will be relocated from Bush St to Main St within the project site for conversion to an establishment selling alcoholic beverages. The city alley will be realigned with egress onto Main St and a portion will be vacated. Caltrans is working with the city to complete the process of relinquishing the remaining city local streets per the freeway agreement.
