The applicant proposes to construct and operate a full-service travel stop in the southern portion of the City of Weed. The project includes passenger vehicle and truck fueling stations, a convenience store, two fast-food restaurants, a vehicle maintenance building, a struck scale, fuel storage, lighting, signs, and snow storage. The project would provide 97 truck parking spaces and 74 vehicle parking spaces. The project would include a 90-foot on-site sign. The project also includes relocation of existing City water infrastructure on the project site and a new stormwater conveyance pipeline from the site from the site to discharge west of the project site.
