Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0318-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Cheryl Lynn Horton.
The project is limited to replacement and expansion of an existing retaining wall that runs the length of the western border of the lot along Ivy Creek. This section of Ivy Creek is located in an urbanized section of the town of Orinda, and is incorporated into the storm water drainage infrastructure running throughout the neighborhood. The replacement retaining wall will straddle the break in slope where the top of bank would be in the natural creek system, but is now landscaped lawn
