Document Description
This project consists of a request to construct 200 multi-unit dwellings and a childcare center located within 14 two-, three-, and four-story buildings. The six-acre project site is located within the High-Rise Residential (R-5-SPD) and Residential Mixed Use (RMX-SPD) zones and within the River District Special Planning District. The City, in partnership with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) and the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT), approved the Twin Rivers Transit-Oriented Development and Light Rail Station Project. The overall project consist of the development of a mixed- income, mixed-use community comprising 218 public housing units and 281 market-rate rental and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units.
