Document Description
The South Coast Botanic Garden Vision Plan contains plans for improvements to the SCBG over the course of approx the next 20 to 25 years. The area covered by the proposed Vision Plan is the entirety of the SCBG. The proposed project is comprised of a multitude of improvement projects within the plan area, including construction of new gardens and structures. The Plan Area currently contains approx 20,100 sf of buildings. The proposed project would involve construction of approx 30,000 sf of new building area, for a total at buildout of the Vision Plan of 50,100 sf.
