Document Description
Note: Recirculated The project entails reconstructing the North School site, including demolishing existing structures; extending the site footprint eastward over approx 0.09 acre of vegetated slope; constructing new school facilities; and reopening the property for operation of a public ES with a max design capacity of 510 seats. A surface parking lot with 41 stalls would be developed on the western side of the campus, and vehicle access would be provided from 25th St. A two-story classroom building is proposed along 25th St, and a multipurpose building is proposed along 26th St near Morningside Dr. An asphalt playground would be between the two buildings, and a natural turf field would be on the eastern end.
