Document Description
The terms of office shall coincide with the term of office of the Council Member or Mayor who made the appointment. Section 2.06.030 of the Stanton Municipal Code requires the submission of applications and interviews prior to appointment to any position. Section 2.06.030 also provides that the City Council, by majority vote, may waive to the requirement interview persons previously appointed by the City Council and who are requesting re-appointment to another term.
