The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-11451-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Ahola. The project is limited to seven (7) encroachments. Three encroachments are for spring water diversions, one encroachment is for replacement of an undersized culvert stream crossing, one encroachment is to maintain the outlet and spillway of an existing pond, and one encroachment is for the remediation and restoration of the stream.
