Document Description
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) approved the Southeast Plant (SEP) Headworks Replacement Project to improve the existing SEP preliminary treatment process facilities on February 28, 2017 (San Francisco Public Utilities Resolution No. 17-0043). The project was subsequently modified to add a new lift station and associated pipelines. The modified project would consist of the following components (1) modifications to the Bruce Flynn Pump Station to enhance reliability in wet weather; (2) demolition of the existing headworks facility and influent control structure; and (3) construction of a new 250-mgd headworks with an odor control facility; (4) demolition of the building at 398 Quint Street; and (5) construction of a new Southeast Lift Station and associated piping.
