Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project is to demolish Bennington Theater. This would include completely removing the foundation and hardscape and capping underground utility connections. Hazardous substance abatement would occur within the building prior to demolition. Total area of disturbance during demolition of the 15,326 sf Bennington Theater is estimated to be less than 1 acre. Equipment would be staged in open areas adjacent to the structure or in open space south of the building. After demolition of the structure is completed, the area would be stabilized with gravel and desert landscape.
