Document Description
The proposed K-8 Community STEAM Campus would have a maximum student population of 914 students. The new school facilities are designed to meet the educational and recreational needs of K-8 students' onsite. The proposed facilities include: four classroom buildings; a multi-purpose building; two paved parking/student drop-off areas; paved grades 1-8 play court with apparatus; paved kinder play court with apparatus; two turf athletic fields; paved and landscaped central quad and courtyards; and 84 regular and 5 accessible parking spaces. In total, the proposed project would comprise approx. 89,972 sf of building and structures on site.
