Document Description
CDFW had issued Amendment 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2016-0034-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Elk Grove.
The amendment includes expanding routine maintenance on all creeks and channels within the City Limits with thr exception of Erhardt Creek, where mechanical work will not be permitted due to the potential presence of giant garter snake.
