Document Description
For the purpose of this Agreement the project is limited to completion of a project that was illegally installed on the banks and in the channel of Wildcat Creek. The project is partially complete but work has ceased pursuant to an August 28, 2014 Notice of Violation. The project includes a looped gravel pathway to provide private worship areas termed "Stations of the Cross." Two wooden bridges have been constructed over Wildcat Creek. The bridges rest on undisturbed native ground. The footbridges shall be removed November 1 of each year. They shall not be replaced over the channel until high flows have receded in the summer.
