The dual purpose of this project is to construct a group campsite using 3 existing campsites in New Camp that provides an inviting but utilitarian site for the Kid's Discovery Camp operated by the SSSRA Cooperating Association (Sea and Desert Interpretive Association (SDIA) -- AKA Friends of Salton Sea State Recreation Area or FOSSRA).
