Document Description
The PCP Cannery in Oroville produces canned fruit and discharges variable quantities of process wastewater in accordance with Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2003-0045, adopted by the Central Valley Water Board on 14 March 2003. The current land use application site contains 309 acres of land to accommodate wastewater flows from the Oroville cannery. The proposed project would allow the addition of approximately 320 acres, owned by Cindy Daley for supplemental irrigation on grazing land to the south, and up to 100 acres within the adjacent pheasant club for irrigation.
