Document Description
Amend Planned Unit Development Permit 78-8 to authorize phased improvements to the Northbridge Mall. The first phase includes an addition of approximately 7,475 sf to an existing freestanding convenience center located on the northern portion of the Mall. Subsequent phases include development of five new commercial pads, alteration and enlargement of the existing freestanding pylon sign located along U.S. 101 to include a full color digital panel LED display and new tenant identification panels, and an approximate addition of 48,337 sf to the Mall to accommodate relocation of JC Penney.
