Delaware North has proposed a two parcel land division (LDA 2014-165), general plan/specific plan zoning amendment (SPZA 2014-163), and conditional use permit (CUP 2014-164) on APN 010-350-008, an undeveloped forested site immediately to the north of Tenaya Lodge. DN proposes to construct up to 54 pre-manufactured cabins (approx. 675 sf each) and a clubhouse (approx. 2,700 sf) on parcel 1, and parcel 2 would be used for a future single family residence.
