Document Description
The City's Willow Hill Pipeline has been documented by the City to experience excessive water loss (approximately 1 mgd) based on flow records and repair history. The condition of the entire pipeline is unknown, but it is assumed it is in need of rehabilitation, repair, and/or replacement to reduce the leakage. The purpose of the Proposed Project is to repair and/or rehabilitate the pipeline to reduce the nearly one million gallons per day (mgd) of leakage in accordance with a recently awarded Proposition 84 funded Integrated Regional Water Management Implementation Grant.
