CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2014-0038-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, City of Antioch as represented by Ron Bernal. The project is limited to the improvement of the West Antioch Creek Flood Control Channel including vegetation removal, tree removal, debris and sediment removal, bank infrastructure and repair, culvert repair and replacement, weed abatement, urgent debris removal and water control device replacement as specified in the streambed alteration agreement previously noted.
