Document Description
The proposed project includes a rezoning to a Planned District (P-2013-103), Vesting Tentative Tract Map 8158, Private Street and Preliminary Grading Plan to facilitate development of a residential subdivision of 24 single family homes (23 new homes and one relocated eligible historic home) on an approximately 4.7 acre. The project would include construction of a paved multipurpose trail at the top of the northern bank of Mission Creek, and would implement a riparian restoration project (a stream bank restoration and stabilization plan) along the creek bank adjacent to the project site.
