Document Description
This project involves replacing a collapsed storm drain pipe that collects water from Charro Way and discharges it into Fairfax Creek. There is a drop box inlet located at the end of Charro Way between garages number 8 and 9. The drop box connects to a pipe that flows towards Fairfax Creek and daylights out of the creek bank at the low water flow elevation. An approximately 150-square foot area along 15 linear feet of creek bank will be excavated to expose the existing storm drain pipe and to install the new pipe. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0241-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
