Document Description
Re-roof the historic Central Building and kitchen at Sutter's Fort State Historic Park to maintain and protect a Cultural Resource. At the Central Building work will remove the existing, failing, non-historic roof, install plywood sheathing on top of the existing framing to strenghten the roof diaphragm with new fascia board to cover the plywood, install light gauge metal strips aligned with the rafters over the ridge to transfer shear.
