The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit to BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, Inc. for its use of approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space exclusively for the storage of ship parts and equipment on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal, 687 San Diego. Warehouse space would be provided in Transit Shed #1, Transit Shed #2, or Warehouse C. The TUOP would commence on August 1, 2013, and terminate on July 31, 2014, for the total of one year.
