The Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians Tribe proposes to enter into an agricultural lease agreement for 40 acres of vacant Tribal trust land. The property would be cultivated with a grape vineyard. Approval of the 40-Acre agricultural lease by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, would assist the economic development of the Tribe, by providing a stable, long-term income to the Tribe.
