Document Description
Reference SCH# 2001082030 General Plan Housing Element Update as required by CA Code 65580. A Neg Dec has been prepared and will be circulated for 20-days prior to hearing. The revision of the Housing Element is not a complete rewrite due to the fact the County adopted the current version in July 2004 as part of a comprehensive General Plan update. Vacant Land Inventory and other programs remain substantially consistent with the previous EIR prepared for the General Plan, and the SEIR prepared for the Traffic Impact Fee Program (2006) and the General Plan Floor Area Ratio amendment (2007). SCH#2001082030 was assigned to the County's 2004 General Plan EIR.
